BOOKING
CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions are for the benefit of
all visitors to Nant Mill and you and all members of
your party are bound by them by making a booking:
1. Nant Mill caters for families only. Groups,
more than one couple together, more than two families together or adults of the
same sex together will not be accepted. Only one family max 6 persons accepted
per unit.
2. A
maximum of ONE dog (not all breeds) per unit are welcome prior to arrangement
but must be kept on a short lead and under control at all times. No dog must
not be left unattended at any time and must be exercised outside the park. In
the interest of hygiene any foul must be removed immediately.
3. Advanced
reservation bookings are accepted; electric hook-up pitches for a minimum of 3
nights stay and non electric hook-up pitches (tents) for a minimum of 5 nights
stay during bank holiday weekends and during July and August. Short stays are
on a first-come-first-serve-basis. Deposits are not refundable. No refunds for
bad weather, early departure.
4. While
every effort will be made to meet special requirements for a particular pitch
but no guarantee can be given.
5. Electric
hook-up points are 10-amp and low wattage camping appliances are to be used
only. Sorry we do not cater for tents on electric hook-up points due to
safety reasons.
6. Due to
fire regulations, the lighting of open fires or candles anywhere on the park is
strictly prohibited. Barbecues are permitted as long as they are on a stand or raised off the grass but are not permitted after dark.

9. We
reserve the right to cancel or terminate a booking where its guests had failed
to disclose facts as required on the booking form. We can also refuse anyone
admission - who we feel unsuitable to the touring park.
10. In the
interest of enjoyment for all our guests, we ask for no loud music, drunkenness
or bad behaviour and noise must to be kept to a
minimum between
11. Nant Mill cannot accept responsibility for
personal injury, loss, damage or accident to personal property. We recommend
you take out appropriate insurance to cover both yourselves, others in your
party and personal belongings.
12. No
generators of any kind may be used on site.
13. No commercial
vehicles, converted buses, vans or trucks of any sort are allowed on site.
14. Windbreakers or an
Awning Annex can only be erected if space available.
15. Each pitch caters for one car space only. Very
limited space for extra cars during High season and bank holiday weekends.
16.
The person responsible for the booking must
register at reception and the outstanding balance on any booking must be paid
upon arrival. Sorry debit or
credit cards are not accepted.
