BOOKING CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions are for the benefit of all
visitors to Nant Mill. When making a booking you and all members of your party
are bound by them:
- Nant Mill caters for families
only. Groups, more than one couple together,
more than two families together or adults of the same sex together will
not be accepted. Max 6 persons per unit.
- A maximum of one non dangerous dog breed per unit are
welcome but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times. No dog
must not be left unattended at any time and must be exercised outside the
park. In the interest of hygiene any foul must be removed immediately.
- Reservation bookings are accepted for electric hook-up
pitches only for a minimum of 3 nights stay during bank holiday weekends
and during July and August. Non-electric pitch reservation bookings are
only accepted for 5 or more nights stay. Deposits are not refundable. No
refunds given for bad weather, early departure.
- While every effort will be made to meet special
requirements for a particular pitch but no guarantee can be given.
- Electric
hook-up points are 10-amp and low wattage camping appliances are to be
used only. Sorry we do not allow
tents on electric hook-up point due to safety reasons.
Please note: It is possible
that all the 230v mains electrical equipment may not be able to be
Operated
simultaneously. Nant Mill mains hook up point provides a maximum output
of 10 amps.
If loading exceeds the 10amps
supply it will trip the park’s circuit breaker.

- Due to fire regulations, the lighting of open fires or
candles anywhere on the park is strictly prohibited. Barbecues are
permitted as long as they are on a stand or raised off the grass.
- The earliest arrival time is 12noon and latest is 9pm.
- The site must be vacated by 12noon on day of departure.
- We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a booking
where its guests had failed to disclose facts as required on the booking
form. We can also refuse anyone admission - who we feel unsuitable to the touring park.
- In the interest of enjoyment for all our guests, we ask
for no loud music, drunkenness or bad behaviour
and noise must to be kept to a minimum between 11.00pm and 8.00am.
Any person not observing the park rules or creating a nuisance will be
evicted from the park without a refund.
- Nant Mill cannot accept responsibility for personal
injury, loss, damage or accident to personal property. We recommend you
take out appropriate insurance to cover yourself and others in your party
and personal belongings.
- No generators of any kind may
be used on site.
- No commercial vehicles,
converted buses, vans or trucks are allowed on site.
- Windbreakers and an awning
annex can only be erected if space available.
- Each pitch caters for one car
space only. Very limited space for extra cars during peak season.
- The
person responsible for the booking must register at reception and the
outstanding balance on any booking must be paid upon arrival. Sorry
debit or credit cards are not accepted.
